Amuze (amuze.it) builds websites with AI assistants for small businesses. This page explains what this website collects, why, and how to ask us to delete it. Plain language, no surprises.

What we collect

• The preview / contact form. Your name, business name, email address and website address (if you give one), plus the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters). We store the website address as text only; we don't scrape or scan it automatically.
• The chat assistant. The messages you type and the assistant's replies, the page you were on, the referring site and campaign tags. If you share contact details in the chat (for example your name, email or business), we save them as a lead so we can reply.
• Visit statistics. Basic counts such as pages viewed, referring site, device type and campaign tags, used to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

Only to answer you, prepare the free preview or quote you asked for, follow up about it, and improve the site and assistant. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• xAI (Grok) generates the chat assistant's replies, so your chat messages are sent to xAI to produce an answer. Amuze is not partnered with or endorsed by xAI.
• Grok Build / Vercel host the website and store form submissions and chat logs.
• Cloudflare delivers the site, protects it from abuse and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless visit statistics). Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm) to tell people from bots.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google to load them.

Google Analytics

This website does not currently use Google Analytics or any advertising trackers. If we add Google Analytics in the future, we'll update this page first and describe what it collects and how to opt out.

Cookies

We don't use marketing cookies. The only cookies are technical ones set by our hosting and security providers to deliver the site and block abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep leads and chats for as long as we need them to reply to you and to work with you, and delete them when they're no longer needed or when you ask.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email nerds@amuze.it from the address you used, or tell us which chat or form it was, and a person will handle it.
